Population Context
Mini cards from Topps Rip sets are infrequently submitted for grading relative to their mainstream counterparts. Population numbers at PSA and BGS are generally low for this insert set. When graded, PSA 9 and PSA 10 examples exist but the small card size and handling during the ripping process can lead to edge and corner wear, making high-grade copies somewhat scarce.
Collector Notes
These mini cards are found inside sealed Topps Rip packs, meaning the outer host card must be physically torn open to reveal them — hence the name 'Rip.' Cards that survive this process in pristine condition are less common. Collectors should inspect corners, edges, and centering carefully. Ozzie Smith is a perennial fan favorite with strong long-term collector demand. The M-34 card number is consistent with the mini insert numbering convention used in the 2020 Rip set.
